Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2008 Nationwide Bath Half Marathon and the NICU Marathon Mile Fun Run

Despite the extremely muddy and wet weather at this year’s Bath Half Marathon on Sunday 16th March the day was a huge success. The Appeal’s NICU ‘space to grow’ Campaign had been nominated as the Official Featured Appeal for the race and lead charity for the NICU Marathon Mile Fun Run. The Appeal had over 160 participants taking part in the main race and many more families; walking, running or being pushed over the NICU Marathon Mile in aid of the campaign.

Ted’s Team members have already raised over £19,000 for various departments at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. The two main beneficiaries’ include the Cancer unit and the NICU ‘space to grow’ Campaign. There are still plenty of funds flooding in so be certain to keep your eye’s pealed for the final total.
