The Forever Friends
Appeal have golden bond places available in
the Reebok Bristol Half Marathon, due to take
place on Sunday 14th 2008. This year Ted’s
Team will be raising funds for the Appeal’s
NICU
‘space to grow’ Campaign to
help premature babies at the RUH. If you are

places with the Appeal are limited; they require
an entry fee of £32 and a minimum sponsorship
of £150 to be raised per runner.
This year marks
the 20th Anniversary of the Reebok Bristol Half
Marathon. The race has now become an established
national event with a growing international
reputation. In recent years this event has become
one of the largest and most popular half marathons
in the country and is now seen as one of Bristol’s
most prestigious sporting occasions.
Last years race
saw over 15,000 participants sign up to run
the attractive, sea-level course passing through
the old city, scenic harbour side and the stunning
Avon Gorge.
All race participants
will receive a free Reebok technical t-shirt,
commemorative medal, certificate and a race
goody bag from the marathon office. As a member
of our Forever Friends team, we will provide
you with a number of flexible training options,
ongoing fundraising advice and support, proactive
encouragement before, during and after the race
and possibly even a Ted’s Team running
vest!
