29/08/2010- Odd Down F.C Family Fun Day

Odd Down F.C, Combe Hay Lane, Bath

Come along from 1pm on Sunday 29th August and join in the fun! There is a sponsored bungee jump taking place between 4-6pm, if you are interested in taking part call Kelly on 07813 652061 - all proceeds from the jump to the RUH NICU 'space to grow' Campaign for a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Throughout the evening there will be a disco and kareoke in the club house for all to enjoy - we hope to see you there :)

30/08/2010- Box Rocks

The Queen's Head, Box, Wiltshire

This annual event held at The Queen's Head in the picturesque town of Box, brings together eight local bands for eight hours of fantastic Bank Holiday entertainment. Now in its 17th year the event just keeps getting better and better. This year there is a fresh line up of enthusiastic musicians ready to entertain you. Every penny raised at the event will go towards the NICU 'space to grow' Campaign. At 2pm on the day Box Rocks can be viewed live on our web site - www.boxrocks.biz. We believe that we are the first show of this kind that is going out Live on the Internet.

18/09/2010- BATH CELEBRITIES - Sweetland Music Festival

In aid of Dorothy House and RUH Forever Friends Appeal - A week of music and exhibition with evening concerts, day-time recitals and Bath Celebrities Exhibition including a new 2010 painting by celebrity artist Peter Brown. Accompanied walks highlighting Bath as a City of celebrities and music will be provided by Bath's popular guides Kirsten Elliott and Andrew Swift. The Forever Friends Appeal are excited to be bringing the box office smash hit – Shrek Forever After – to the big screen on Lansdown Cricket pitch on Saturday 25th September 2010. This family classic has been a big hit in the cinema and we can’t wait to see what happens in the last chapter. Entry is free but there will be a suggested minimum donation of £5 per person towards the NICU ‘space to grow’ Campaign – helping to raise the last £500,000 needed to complete the build of a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Royal United Hospital, Bath.
