- Organisations must donate £1000 to The Forever Friends Appeal Cancer Care Campaign to be entered into the scheme.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per company.
- A Maximum of 25 places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
- When The Brick Wall Club is complete, two representatives from all 25 companies will be invited to an Announcement event. At this event, each company will be entered into a free draw, where one lucky company will be selected at random and has the opportunity to have a room named in the new Cancer Centre.
- This is an acknowledgement only and not an endorsement or advertisement of the company. The size, location and prominence is at the discretion of The Forever Friends Appeal.
- The name of the room chosen by the winning company is subject to our ethical policy and agreement with The Forever Friends Appeal and the Royal United Hospital.
- The chosen room will not be confirmed until final designs for the Cancer Centre are in place.
- All entries will have their company name acknowledged within the design of the new Cancer Centre, according to the Be a Brick scheme (see www.foreverfriendsappeal.co.uk/be-a-brick ).
- The date and location of the Announcement event will be confirmed once the club doors have closed.
- By joining The Brick Wall Club, you agree to your company name being used in any Forever Friends Appeal publicity generated about the scheme.
- Once your Club entry form and donation is received, The Forever Friends Appeal will get in touch to confirm your entry in The Brick Wall Club.
- The Forever Friends Appeal reserve the right to be able to amend any conditions of The Brick Wall Club.
