Your race for a healthy winter
Maintaining motivation to train through the winter months and festive season is tough, we get that. But following a structured training plan and completing your goal will not only help you get fit and healthy but also give you a massive sense of achievement in these uncertain times
Concern over COVID has forced the Bath Half Marathon to be postponed from March to September. The Bath Half know that this will leave a gap in many of your lives through the autumn and winter months
So the BATHALF Virtual Series is designed to provide a motivation and opportunity to train through the autumn and winter. We have Virtual 5k and 10k challenges you can complete anywhere and anytime, and our Virtual BATHALF on 13-14th March.
Why is the Bath Half doing this?
- The fitter you are, the more likely you are to beat COVID-19
- Regular exercise significantly reduces lifestyle diseases, stress and anxiety
The Bath Half are dedicating our winter to help promote the positive role that regular exercise and healthy living can have in beating COVID and improving physical, mental and social well-being for everyone
