Organised by Corsham Running Club, the Corsham 10k returns for another year this Spring.
The race follows a scenic route through Corsham and out to Neston, returning back through Prospect and Pound Pill. It is flat for the first kilometre, followed by a gradual incline for the next 3, then gently undulating, but with a short hill towards the end, followed by a flat last kilometre.
Finding your motivation
Our patients and their families face tough challenges every single day and staff at the RUH are always there to guide, support and care for them, day in and day out. The funds raised from your run will help us to invest in extra-special equipment and facilities that make a real difference to everyone at the hospital, that goes above and beyond what standard NHS funding can afford. In 2019, we’ll also be celebrating our 20th year of fundraising (over £20 million has been raised for the hospital over those years!), so if you’re thankful for the RUH and want us to help us continue our work with the experience of a lifetime… then why not run the Corsham 10k to support our patients.
You’ll not only get your very own Team RUH running vest, but also the complete support of our Events team and a fundraising pack with everything you’ll need to raise money (including Sponsorship Forms).
Securing your place
All you need to do is register with the Race Organisers and complete our online form. Then we’ll send you everything in the post to get going with your fundraising. We would love to welcome you to our team!
Places will be available here from 1st January 2019 – but act fast as the race has sold out in March for the previous two years! There will also be a 2k race on the day, places will be available from 28th February 2019.
