Last of the Duty Free cast support Be a Brick

Hold onto your sombreros – stars from of one of the UK’s best loved romantic sitcoms have been getting back together for one last fling!

The cast of Last of the Duty Free took time out from their busy schedule to help promote our Be a Brick scheme, the great pictures are shown below.

Keith Barron starred in BBC’s Lapland and the subsequent series Being Eileen. He’s also known for Haggard and All Night Long, and was a regular character on ITV’s Where the Heart Is. In 2007 Keith Barron joined ITV1’s Coronation Street as George Trench.

Gwen Taylor is one of Britain’s leading actresses. She played the title role in ITV sitcom Barbara, Ann Foster in Coronation Street, and has starred in Heartbeat, Class Act and Midsomer Murders. Her extensive theatre credits include Michael Morpurgo’s Butterfl y Lion, Driving Miss Daisy, Calendar Girls, Prick Up Your Ears and Shirley Valentine.

Neil Stacy has appeared in many other television favourites including To Serve Them All My Daysand Rumpole of the Bailey.

Carol Royle is known for her role as Jenny Russell in the BBC sitcom Life Without George, and has made many other television appearances including Heartbeat, The Professionals, Crossroads and Casualty.

In addition to Duty Free, Eric Chappell’s other much-loved sitcoms include Rising Damp and Only When I Laugh.
