Redcliffe Homes Ltd, an independent house building company, has generously donated £10,000 to The Forever Friends Appeal.
The donation will be split between our Critical Care Special Appeal – where we are raising £150,000 towards the refurbishment of the unit, and also the RUH’s Cardiology and Respiratory wards.
Tom O’Connor, Managing Director, Redcliffe Homes said:
“Having recently been an in-patient at the RUH I can only say how very, very impressed I was with the staffs’ professionalism, and dedication. It is not until you need their help that you realise what a gem we all have, available to all.
“We are all very fortunate to have such an excellent NHS hospital close by, if and when we need it and I am extremely grateful to the hospital and staff for looking after me so well, although I’m in no rush to return!”
In recognition of this significant donation, The Forever Friends Appeal is pleased to welcome Redcliffe Homes Ltd as one of the charity’s Corporate Partners.
Laura Rankin, Corporate Officer, The Forever Friends Appeal said:
“On behalf of the Appeal, I’d like to thank Tom and Redcliffe Homes Ltd for their wonderful donation towards our Critical Care, Cardiology and Respiratory Units.
“We rely on the invaluable support we receive from companies like Redcliffe Homes to be able to invest in projects that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide. Acknowledging Redcliffe Homes Limited as a Corporate Partner is our way of saying thank you for helping us achieve our fundraising goals. We rely on the wonderful generosity and support of our Corporate Partners to help make a really big difference to the patients and their families who are cared for at the RUH.”
