The students, who are studying with Languages United, a language school based in Walcot Street, made 1,000 origami cranes with the help of the school’s Japanese teacher Meiko.
Thousand Origami Cranes is a group of one thousand origami paper cranes held together by strings. As a symbol of good luck, the students donated their colourful creation to the Forever Friends Appeal at the Royal United Hospital.
