The Body Shop inBathhas just had its own ‘makeover’. This popular store has been serving customers with its ethical products since the early 1980’s. Now it has been brought right up to date with as a ‘pulse boutique’ and celebrated by inviting ‘Local Hero’ Sue Tucker, development officer from The Forever Friends Appeal at the Royal United Hospital to open the store.
Sue thought that it would be good for Ted to come along to join in with the celebration. Wendy Tucker, the Manager of The Body Shop is delighted with the stores new look. Welcoming Sue and Ted she said “I am thrilled with the store, it will be easier for us to provide the best customer service.
“Ethical policies have always been at the forefront of The Body Shop – our concept of Look good, Feel Good, Be Good is extended to the staff who are active in the community. We have been supporters of The Forever Friends Appeal for the past eighteen months and are keen to engage with other charities as well.
“The feedback from our customers is fantastic with them saying how fresh and bright the store looks. ”
Sue added “I am so pleased to be invited to open this fabulous new store and hope that lots of people will come and visit. I am also truly grateful for the support from Wendy and her team in helping us raise funds for the Cancer Care Campaign.”
