Whats on in Bath City Centre on Ted’s Big Day Out!

What’s on in Bath for Ted’s Big Day Out on Friday, October 17

9.30am-3pm: Ted’s team bucket collection.

Ted’s team will be out in SouthGate shopping centre wearing funky footwear and collecting funds for the Forever Friends Appeal, helping to transform care for patients and their families at the RUH.

11am-3pm: Funk up your footwear with The Makery.

For one day only, shoe artists from the creative shop The Makery will be funking up shoppers’ old shoes, and giving away funky new ones in return for donations. Bring your old shoes.

The Forever Friends Appeal’s legendary mascot Big Ted will be there at 11am to launch a mass Stomp for Ted when shoppers can pause and join together to stomp up and down for 30 seconds to support the RUH.

9am-3pm: Biggest bake sale ever at The Atrium, RUH.

The Forever Friends Appeal is asking people in the catchment area to go baking crazy and donate as many home- made cases as possible to sell at the hospital.

Anyone with cakes to donate should contact Laura Pearce on laurapearce1@nhs.net.
