Whether you fundraise, volunteer, get your work involved or simply help spread the word, your support will help transform the lives of the patients and families who require the services of the RUH. The Appeal team are thrilled that this year’s Walk of Life event has been proudly sponsored by the Bath based national property management company, Touchstone, who have chosen The Forever Friends Appeal as their 2012 charity of the year.


The Forever Friends Appeal is the fundraising charity for the Royal United Hospital. We work with the Wards and Departments of the RUH to fundraise for major Campaigns and state-of-the-art medical equipment and facilities, over and above that provided by the NHS.

We couldn’t do this without the thousands of supporters who raise funds though fundraising, taking part in events, making donations, or simply donating their time and volunteering.

Thanks to the success of the NICU ‘space to grow’ Camapign, the Dyson Centre for Neonatal Care opened its doors on the 23rd July to its first babies. Work is still continuing, transforming the old unit into new parent accommodation, staff work space and seminar rooms.
